The Burma Affairs & Conflict Study (BACS) released the weekly (3+4+5) report on military recruitment by the military council on October 19. The report said that the military council recruited more than 2,000 soldiers each week (from 1 to 5).
In the weeks (1 and 2) when the military council forcibly recruited soldiers, they were able to collect up to (5) thousand people, and in the following weeks (4) they were only able to collect more than (4) thousand. Currently, the military council is recruiting soldiers for the week (6).
