The Constitutional Court of Thailand today, August It was canceled on the 7th. Thai politician (Pita Limjaroenrat) and the current party leader Chaithawat Tulathon have been banned from holding political positions for 10 years.

Pita Limjaroenrat, who is the most popular for Thailand, is also the one who said that he would help Myanmar’s democracy emerge. Pita Limjaroenrat and the party leaders, who want to reform the Thai monarchy, won the most votes in the last Thai election and were predicted to reach the position of minister. The move forward party and Pita Limjaroenrat’s ouster cannot be said exactly what will happen in Thailand, but there are some who are predicting that the country may be in turmoil.

Although the MFP party won the election, the Thai Election Commission announced on March (12) that it would appeal the dissolution of the party through the Thai court on charges of insulting the monarchy. It is true that the Thai Constitutional Court imposed such a sentence on the leaders of the MFP party. The Thai legal system has proven to the world, along with the Thai people, that the actions of the political and wealthy are biased.

As for the MFP party, during the election period, there was lobbying for the amendment of Section 112 of the Law on the Court. It is known that more than 40 members of the Thai parliament have submitted a letter for the amendment of the law. It was also heard by the military dictators and feudalists that violating Article 112 could lead to the collapse of the monarchy and unrest in the country.

Thailand’s 2014 military coup led to its rejection as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). Now that the MFP party has been disbanded, it has not been confirmed whether it will be too late for UNHRC membership.
